you're a suggestion

During a blueberry waffle breakfast Ace admits, "I've dropped 3 waffles (bites) on the floor."

I advise, "Maybe you should sit closer to the counter." 

She passionately responds, "No, I like sitting this way!" 

I attempt calm with, "It was just a suggestion." To which she retorts, with a giggling raspberry after, "You're a suggestion!"

Yep, she's definitely my kid :).
